Our therapeutic service helps people connect with themselves deeply to achieve peace of mind through internal growth and healing. By using a collaborative counselling model, we empower clients with the necessary tools to achieve their personal goals and overcome challenges. Ultimately, we focus on ensuring our clients can become their best selves.

We are Brampton’s Home for Empowered Health, since 2007. We address the root cause of disease using nutrition, botanical herbs, acupuncture, physical therapies, IV vitamin therapy and counselling.  We also provide laboratory services: food sensitivity testing, hormone analysis and heavy metal hair/urine testing.

We are a unique group of therapists with a vision to meet the needs of individuals, couples and families in crisis; whether it is a sense of being overwhelmed by stress, the discovery of an affair, or a new diagnosis. We believe that, whatever the intensity and bleakness of any given moment, there is always hope.

Whether it’s physical, financial, professional or psychological, everybody goes through tough times in their lives. Josh Martin was 28 years old when he experienced his biggest challenge yet: an aggressive form of leukemia. Inspired by his journey, the Overcoming Obstacles Handbook is a free collection of real-life stories, practical advice and local resources in the Brampton, Ontario area geared at helping people who are facing adversity.

Letting go
