Inspiring stories. Practical advice. Local support.
Scroll below to find links to practical tools, local resources and wellness webinars based on the course I regularly run for the Canadian Mental Health Association.
From tight deadlines to conflicts with your neighbour, obstacles come in all shapes and sizes. The biggest one I’ve ever faced was an aggressive cancer.
At first I felt outmatched and unprepared. But as my treatment got underway, I discovered I had plenty of coping skills and tools I could leverage โ acquired through a lifetime of blunderful misadventures.
And thatโs what these resources are all about: the little things you can do and the inner qualities you can cultivate to make whatever challenge youโre facing a little bit easier.
