Domaine de Grand Pré: At Domaine de Grand Pré, we take great pride in making the finest Nova Scotia wines. We work hard to develop special wines true to our province and unlike any others in the region – growing specialty grapes developed for Nova Scotia’s specific climate and landscape.

The result is an array of award-winning vintages appreciated across Canada and around the world! We create over 20 specialty and traditional wines ranging from our Canada 150 White and Red, blended specifically in celebration of Canada’s 150th birthday, to our Lieutenant Governor’s Award winning Riesling and Nova Scotia’s appellation wine, Tidal Bay.

While wine is our true passion, we’re just as proud of our boutique winery, which features products made in our wine shop, restaurant and from all over Annapolis Valley. We strive to supply a Nova Scotia tour unlike any other in the region by offerings tours every day during the summer season as well as taking part in Wolfville’s Magic Winery Bus. Explore the acres of land, visit Canada’s 16th World heritage site, learn about grape varieties unique to Nova Scotia, taste our passion at the wine shop and enjoy a meal in our fine dining restaurant Le Caveau.

If you are unable to visit us in the valley, join our Crush wine club where our winemaker Jürg Stutz will personally select and ship wine to your door three times a year, along with many other perks.

During the off season, Domaine de Grand Pré is still extremely active taking part in events all over Nova Scotia, but most importantly the Nova Scotia Icewine Festival which they co-host every year with other wineries in the area.

Our property has been described as “world-class” – from the vineyards and museum to the restaurant and tours. Domaine de Grand Pré: Le Caveau Restaurant is the perfect place for intimate meals and lively celebrations. Chef Jason Lynch and his team focus on regional Nova Scotia product prepared with a global flair, and our experienced service staff makes everyone feel welcome. Whether you join us at our fine dining restaurant for dinner, cheese nights or brunch or to sip wine on our Pergola, Le Caveau will certainly serve up a memorable experience. The property’s spacious outdoor terrace hosts our popular Martini Nights, as well as private parties and weddings, making it the ideal spot for your next event, celebration or night out.

With a new and unique menu offered every active season (April-December), Le Caveau has been named “One of the 20 world’s best winery restaurants,” has won awards for restaurant of the year as well as best fine dining in Annapolis Valley. Chef Jason Lynch has also made it possible for you to bring a little piece of the restaurant home with you with his cookbook “Straight from the Line” and his line of retail products that range anywhere from Bacon Jam, to the best-selling Avocado Salad Dressing.
